This Sunset Family Session in Navarre Beach was a dream come true for this beautiful family. I met Kelli and Gabe Longo in Navarre, Florida this year, when my son started playing football in the 11U Raiders team. Gabe was one of the coaches, and we would all travel together as a team, children and parents to different locations in the Florida Panhandle. I would take photos of each game and share the galleries with everyone, so it was an easy introduction for me as a “football mom” and also “football team photographer” to the other parents. Super fun!
Gabe approached me about doing a sunset family session in Navarre Beach, booking this photoshoot as a gift to his wife, Kelli, who has been long waiting to have some family photos done. More precisely, 5 years!
Before my family sessions, I like to share some back and forth inspiration with my clients, to set expectations and also to let them know what I have in mind that day as far as poses, and ensure we capture any specific shots they want. This approach really helps because we all know how kiddos lose interest very quickly, so showing them the inspo board ahead of time, will allow us to work faster and more efficiently. Efficiency is KEY!
