They love to make each other dance… Sarah, a school teacher who calls herself a “crazy cat lady without a cat”; Sean, a lawyer who loves to surprise Sarah with all kinds of adventures around the city. They envisioned their wedding as a huge dance party with lots of great food! They wanted to just have fun and enjoy their wedding day as much as they could close to their families and friends.
Resting in the heart of wine country – Woodinville, the Hollywood Schoolhouse is a unique 1912 built venue that has been restored recently and brought back to the present infused with charm and elegance. I loved the fact that this venue offered an option for both an indoor and an outdoor ceremony, offering privacy all around, along with unique elements placed beautifully throughout the property that added a bold aesthetic to it.
The details and decorations came in 3’s: cats, books and snow – Sarah and Sean’s favorite things. The floral arrangements consisted of mostly baby’s breath. This was simply because they reminded Sarah of winter, and the fact that she and Sean had some amazing memories from playing in the snow, winter being her favorite season growing up.
