Pioneer Square Engagement, Seattle, WA
Nancy and Sushant’s engagement in Pioneer Square and later on at the Sculpture Park in Seattle, was photographed on a quiet Sunday morning. It was such a dream… That red dress that Nancy wore looked stunning on her, and made her black hair and brown eyes pop so much in all the photos. Next to her, Sushant’s sense of humor kept us smiling the whole entire time! Read their story below:
From Nancy: ————->
“We both live in Seattle. Sushant works for Amazon and I work for PricewaterhouseCoopers. Our story started in February 2014 when I first spoke with Sushant regarding my admission in the master’s program of University of Arizona. That time I was working in Accenture Services Pvt. Ltd, Bengaluru and he was in Dallas, US. Our mutual friend had introduced us. From then on wards we started talking almost every day.
Considering he is an alumni of UoA, initially our conversation was more academic centered, but it gradually started shifting gears little by little. We started talking about our families, friends, what we do for fun, future plans etc. We really liked talking to each other.
In August 2014, when I reached Arizona, US, Sushant flew from Dallas to meet me. That was the first time we met. The first meeting didn’t went that well as we had imagined it to be. In spite of that we knew something was going on. For the next one year we kept meeting and talking to each other without expressing our feelings. In August 2015 Sushant proposed me while I was going back to school to complete my third semester and I instantly said yes.
Life has been a fairytale since then. Sushant keeps me grounded, he knows me in and out. All my worries goes away the moment I see his face. He motivates me to become better person and encourages me to work hard each and every day. He is just perfect for me.
We are getting married on 26th December 2016 in Saharanpur, India which is Sushant’s hometown. It’s going to be a fun affair since all our friends are going to fly from US to attend our wedding.
Just can’t wait to marry the man of my dreams!” – NANCY <3
